To make it easy, we’ve created imagery and text for you to post. You can either download our generic imagery or personalise with stand number, logo and images using our NEW easy to use Canva templates. SEE RESOURCES HERE.

Don't forget to tag @babyshownz in your posts, so we can validate your entry. Posts must be published before 11:59pm on 14 August.

PLUS - Bonus entry

By adding the ticket offer to one of your EDM’s in the lead up to the show, and ensuring [email protected] receives your email, you’ll get an additional entry into the competition. Must be sent before 11:59pm on 14 August.

3 Weeks Out

 

Complimentary Tickets

  • Your allocation of complimentary tickets will be sent out around 3 weeks before the show. These are for you to giveaway on social media or to friends and family, NOT for staff. Staff will need badges to access the show - see the next section below for more information.
  • If you require extra tickets above your allocation of complimentary tickets, you can request to get a promo code to unlock discounted tickets via operational form. 

2 Weeks Out

 

Exhibitor Badges Form Due

  • Please complete the exhibitor badges form sent to you via email.
  • You must be wearing the exhibitor badge to gain access on the show days.
  • Your allocation of badges must be collected from the show information desk during pack in.
  • Check your contract for the quantity of badges you have been allocated. Please email [email protected] if you would like to purchase additional exhibitor badges. 

1 Week Out

 

Additional Services

  • Additional services and show extras ordered on your operational form will need to be paid in full prior to the show.

Reminders to check if you require any:

    • Additional furniture, power and lighting needs which must be arranged directly with the suppliers (can be found in the exhibitor manual or in the Key Suppliers Section).
    • Hardwired or wireless internet.

      PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning on using eftpos machines onsite, we recommend getting a dedicated paid internet connection for your stand via Skopik (order form can be found in the exhibitor manual).

    • Freight for both delivering and for collection at the end of the show has been arranged.
    • Storage is charged at $40+gst per pallet and can be ordered via your Operational Form or by emailing [email protected]

Week of The Show

Payment

All additional services and show extras ordered on your operational form must be paid before packing in.

Pack in

  • Exhibitor access from 8am - 6pm on Friday 16th August 
  • Bring your HiVis and wear closed toe shoes
  • No children under 16 are allowed onsite during pack in
  • Trolleys are available but are limited so it’s worthwhile bringing your own if you have one
  • Collect your exhibitor badges from the show information desk

Show Days

17th & 18th August 

  • Exhibitor access from 8am each day. The show is open from 9am - 4pm on both days.
  • Please remember to wear your exhibitor badge

Breakdown

19th August 

  • All freight must be collected by 12:00pm on Monday 19th August

Skopik - WIFI

Standard wireless internet is available for exhibitors free of charge. If you are planning on using eftpos machines onsite, we recommend getting a dedicated paid internet connection for your stand.

Smartpay - Eftpos

Our visitors will expect all of our exhibitors to have the capability of taking card payments on the stand. If you require a short-term hire of an Eftpos machine, it’s important to first obtain a Worldline Merchant number from your bank. Click here for more information.

Lüp Data Scanner

The Baby Show’s registration and lead generation supplier is Lüp, a technology company who offer exhibitors the option to easily and accurately collect visitor’s data. When visitors scan their pre-registered ticket at your stand, you capture vital contact information including: name, email, contact number and postcode.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

How do I get into the show? 

You must be wearing the exhibitor badge to gain access from 8:00 am each day. These must be collected from the show information desk during pack in. Check your contract for the quantity of badges you have been allocated. Please do not give working staff complimentary tickets to enter the show as these for promotional giveaways only.

Is there parking available for exhibitors? 

Parking at Auckland Showgrounds for visitors and exhibitors during show days is charged at a flat rate of $10, payment to be made at the pay and display machine before exit. Enter the car park via Gate 2. Please note that Gate 4 will be closed. 

Can I purchase additional exhibitor badges?

Yes, please send your request via operational form to arrange this or visit us at the information desk.

Where can I book storage?

Storage can be booked by completing the operational form, a link to the form can be found under the operational forms section above. This is charged on a per pallet basis at $40.00 plus GST. 

Do I need public liability insurance?

Public liability insurance is mandatory to protect all exhibitors, the venue and the organisers. Please provide us with a copy of your existing policy or public liability insurance can be purchased on the operational form. The operational form link can be found under the operational forms section above.

Do my electronics need to be tested and tagged?

Yes, all electrical equipment must have a current test and tag sticker in order to be connected to the power and to comply with Health and Safety rules (excluding phone and laptops chargers). If you require any items to be tested and tagged during pack in, a technician will be available on site who can assist with this.

When will I receive my complimentary exhibitor tickets?

Complimentary exhibitor tickets will be sent to the main organiser contact 3 weeks prior to the show from our ticketing supplier LUP. Please be aware that these are not to be used for staff working on your stand and are for you to give away as they are only redeemable during the show opening hours.

Where can I purchase discounted exhibitor tickets? 

Discounted exhibitor tickets are to give away to your friends, family, customers or key suppliers etc. These can be ordered through the operational form. Our team will then send these out about 4 weeks from the show. You will receive all requested tickets in 1 pdf which you will then need to split using any free pdf splitting programs. These are not exhibitor passes as exhibitors will have exhibitor badges. Alternatively please email [email protected] .
