List show specials
Tens of thousands of people actively look to see who will be exhibiting at the show and what will be on offer by visiting the show website prior to attending. Tell visitors a little about what you will be doing by informing them of any show specials you have.
What's involved?
- Log in to the exhibitor area on the show website
- Create a show special
- Add the details of your special
- Upload a photo for your special
1. Log in to the exhibitor area of the show website
After logging in (see how here), using the nav bar click ‘Promotions’ to reveal a dropdown menu – choose the show you wish to create promotions for (including show specials, competitions, and new products).
2. Add show specials to your page
Click ‘Edit Specials’ button.
This opens the ‘Add a show special’ window. If this is your first time entering a new show special, you won't see any listed.
3. Enter the details about your special
Enter a good title to attract attention to your special. Write out the description text of your special and any terms you might need to make people aware of (such as being at The Food Show). Special offer terms are required by New Zealand law, so be sure to fill out this section.
4. Upload an image for your special
Click the Upload Image' button to upload an image of the product or logo. For best results, upload an image that has been cropped into a square - or you can crop your image using the limited cropping tools available on the site.
Don’t forget to save your image by clicking the green "Save Image" button.
5. Save it!
Click the ‘Submit” button to save your changes and add your special to your profile.
Once you have uploaded your show special, repeat the process should you wish to create another to your profile.
6. Preview your page
You can also preview your page by clicking the ‘preview’ button at the top left of the Partner nav bar.
